Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, unworn and in original packaging.
  • You'll need proof of purchase (your order number)
  • Earrings and personalised/custom-made pieces are final sale due to hygiene and customisation

Return Postage: 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. I recommend using a tracked services to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
